Nominations

Any person or group is welcome to nominate a deserving individual as  a candidate for appointment to the Order of British Columbia.  Nominations and letters of support must be received by the first Friday in March to be considered in the same calendar year.  Nominations received after this will be included in the selection process for the following year.   Click here for nomination form and more information.

All nominations are confidential. Selections are usually made no later than April each year, and successful nominees and their nominators are notified in June.  Should your nominee be unsuccessful, you will be informed by letter and have the option to carry forward your nomination for consideration in the following year’s selection process.
